For ground operation Center Tank Pumps must be not be positioned to ON unless
defuelling or transferring fuel if the quantity is below 1000 lbs / 453 kgs.
Center Tank Pumps must not be left ON unless personnel are available in the flight
deck to monitor Low Pressure lights.
